Years of experience : 17 years and 10 months
Prof. Swapna Varughese serves as the Principal of Dreams and Hope College
of Nursing at Bazpur, Uttarakhand. She completed her under graduate B.Sc
Nursing (2006) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka,
O, Scanned with OKEN Scanner
and M.Sc Nursing (2010) from Dr. M.G.R Medical Univercsity ,Tamil Nadu. She
is pursuing PhD in Nursing from Malwanchal University , Madhya Pradesh.
She has 17 years and 10 months of experience in nursing education,
administration, and clinical practice Including five years of international
experience in Kuwait. Her speciality is Medical — surgical Nursing, with a
subspeciality in Cardio vascular and thoracic Nursing .She has extensive
teaching and administrative experience across various states in India and
abroad. She has also served as a book reviewer for Medical Surgical nursing
and Nursing Foundation Subjects with different Publication and has actively
participated in several national and international Conferences , webinars and
virtual Conferences, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence and
professional development in Nursing education.
